A strong understanding of the broader game development and art creation process is a must, and you will have the ability be supplement a provided brief with your own research and ideas whilst ensuring delivery of the brief’s core requirements. Any additional skills such as VFX, lighting, sculpting, blueprinting, animation or prior experience of project tools such as Perforce and Jira would be a plus in this role.
Previous experience as a 3D Artist with at least one shipped AAA title is preferred, as well as a high level of proficiency in Maya, Unreal, Zbrush and Substance or equivalent packages. You’re highly motivated and a great listener, able to communicate clearly with the rest of your team and willing to both give and receive feedback.
